Event Cancellation Policy:
- NO credits or refunds are provided on export education programs, conferences, events, lunch and learn and other classroom courses. Attendee substitutions are encouraged.
- Attendee substitution or cancellation requests must be made in writing (email) to NCWFLDEC at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.
- No credits or refunds are provided for course or conference no-shows. No exceptions.
NCWFLDEC solely reserves the right to cancel any scheduled event program and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, attendees with special facility, sight, hearing and/or dietary needs should include notification on all registration forms or contact the NCWFLDEC office when registering.
